Problem upgrading ClassiPress 3.1.3 to 3.1.4

Hi all,

I have just upgraded from from ClassiPress 3.1.3 to 3.1.4...

..all went fine

EXCEPT, now when I go into ClassiPress > Coupons and try to add a new coupon I get the following error message...

"Error: Your ClassiPress database is not updated to match your version of ClassiPress. Product Version: 3.1.3 (You upgraded to version 3.1.4. Click here to finish your upgrade.)"

I click the link, and it takes me back to ClassiPress dashboard and probelm does not resolve when I go back to add a new coupon.

I have tried activating another the default (twenty ten) theme and then reactivating the ClassiPress 3.1.4 theme but problem is still occuring.

Does anybody know what is going on or how to fix this?
