Problem when selecting categories when placing a new ad

Hi, I have problem when selecting a ad categories and sub categories, as I click on ad categories "http://www.1st-look.co.uk/?page_id=7" and if I mouse over to long time on over categories and select a categorie, the go button or sub categories select option does not appear. Is there a solution to this please?
I have many people registering but no adverts are placed, I think this is due to problem I stated above in this thread.
