Purchase Featured Listing check box on Submit ad form

Hi,
I found that the "Purchase Featured Listing check box" on Submit Ad Form is not proper resize mobile phone and 7" tablet. When I turn my phone to "horizontal", the "Featured Listing check box" is too wide and come out from the layout and make the site look ugly.

This issue also happen on 7" tablet on "Vertical view" .

I need to fix the urgently .
How to solve the bug ?
