    refine results / advanved search not working properly?

    refine results / advanved search is not working properly?

    http://olympicproperty.co.uk/ad-category/westminster/

    This place has various options listed such as : 2 bathrooms, cooking utensils etc...however when I select these options in refine search it shows no results??
