Refine Search - filter lost in pagination

We have just update to 3.1.6 on www.anzeigentipp.net (WP3.3).
We have the same problem again with refine search as we had in previous version, yet that has been discussed in various threads as for example:

It's absolutely critical as the refine search is still not usable. you cannot page done your filter result. Go to page 2 and the filter result is lost and you are back to "all results". Can you provide a code? this has been an urgent issue for several months and several versions.
