refine search order of price

hi guys, just experimenting with rifine search, and used settings to start it off at the lowest add in that category, but i think its got the highest price on the slider from another category, but dont feel its a major issue, all thaey would have to do is slide the higher end down in a few seconds.

but the only thing i cant see it doing is when its refined, the results dont actually show the lowest price first, the lowest price may be 2nd or third down in the list, and not in order, but when i increase the refine to some price i know is there, the slider price range disapeers and cant see a price to slide up to, but with a guess i can slide without seeing the numbers go up and refine it will show the listing, its just annoying the numbers disapeer.

any ideas anyone
