Removing blocks and php?

Hi guys -
Sorry for the hassle - just 2 small questions -
(site PostingBlue.com)

(1) which php is the one i need to look at if i wanna edit the FAQ page? (previously About) - i need to replace the possibly-changed php to an unmodified one.

(2) There are empty blocks in the FAQ page (right above the Ad Categories). I also have them in the single ad pages at the bottom.
Can someone please help show me exactly what i need to take off? Have tried, but been unsuccessful.
