    Removing WP bar right on top

    Hello,
    How do I remove this topmost wordpress bar from public view :

    top top navigation.jpg

    At the moment, I have disabled access from the settings section, but that top part still appears which could be confusing to users. If users currently click it, it says something like " Access Denied. Your site administrator has blocked your access to the WordPress back-office." I would rather not have anything there.
