    REPORT function totally off!

    Hi,

    Looks like the "REPORT" function - the megaphone icon (BTW: Adding a title would make it clearer, the megaphone is not clear) has the following problem in my theme:

    Either I click "Only allow registered users to report problems." and the reporting works fine with logged in users, BUT if users are not logged in the megaphone icon is not there.

    OR

    I unchose "Only allow registered users to report problems." and then the icon is always there but is someone (not logged in) reports it, the user is not asked to enter their info and the admin gets directly a "this is my ad" from "Anonymous".

    So, this is in short not functioning for me now.

    Pls, fix it or advice what I can do.
