Restrict Certain Perks by User name from Paid Memberships.

Hello, Is there currently anyway to restrict/increase certain Perks by bought Membership Usernames? Like if I wanted to create a Basic Membership, where the seller is able to Upload up to 5 Photos for his/her Ads instead of 1 from the Free account. And increase the amount of photos allowed to 10 if the Seller buys a Premium Membership. By using their Username or Paid Membership tab. I would like to do the same for Auction Bid Amount and Allow Free Feature Ads on Membership. I have searched the Forums but, don't se anything similar to it. Unless I missed it. If ClassiPress doesn't have any feature like it at the moment. Do you know of a Word press Plugin that could help me out?. Thank you.
