Scammer able to send emails without using contact form

I have a scammer that has found away to email users who have posted ads without using the contact form.
I have gone through the ads and emails are not listed in the ads.

The author page is not showing anyone's email address and nothing I can find on the site is showing any email address.

Does anyone know how they are doing this?

I know they are not using the contact form as the set up they are sending is completely different. If they are using it they are able to take out their IP address........


Any thoughts?

They are also registered with one username and email address and sending out emails with a different email address so I can't figure out who it is.
I have country block on my site and a few other spam plugins but they are still getting in.
