    Send Email To Registered User Who DID NOT Post an Ad?

    Hey guys...

    I get a lot of people becoming new users to my site, but since it is a paid site not everyone posts an ad.

    Is there a way to send an email to all users who have NOT posted an ad somehow? To remind them to send me money!
