    "Show more" or "Show all" categories link on home page

    On the home page I currently only show 5 child categories in each parent category as I have many categories.

    I would like to be able to have a "Show more" or "Show all" link after the last child category shown so that people know there are more categories than the ones listed.

    For Sale
    - Animals, Pets
    - Baby, Maternity Accessories
    - Business Equipment
    - Businesses for Sale
    - CDs, DVDs, Records
    Show All Categories (this will link to the same place as the parent category "For Sale")
    _________________________
    Property
    - House Swap
    - House, Apartment For Sale
    - House, Apartment For Rent
    - Land For Sale
    - Offices, Commercial
    Show All Categories (this will link to the same place as the parent category "Property")
