    Question A simple question about user photos

    I have a very simple question that is either yes or no.

    First off, I have searched for and read all post with the term "user photo" and did not find my answer.

    I am using v3.0.2 - it does not give me the option to upload a user photo/avatar through the user dashboard.

    Does v3.0.2 offer user photo/avatar uplaods? Yes or No.

    I know this is a basic functionality of Wordpress, am I missing a setting somewhere as I have not had any success with solving this issue.
