when users select a featured ad on my site (steinbach4sale.com) they are NOT redirected to paypal to make immediate payment. instead, a message says "your ad is under review, please see the status in your dashboard, etc". the only way to pay to activate the ad is for that user to go to their dashboard and pay from there... not very intuitive.
