Some important questions please

Hi,

I have theses questions please:

+ how can I limit the listing for users, ex: the user can add 4 listings per day or per month for example.

+ Is there anyway to allow the user to modify his listing without direct him to Word press admin, I mean to allow him to do this action through classipress CP

+ Is there a recommended mailing list plugin to send newsletter or to send to a specific user from Admin CP.

+ Once the user added a listing, can he add a Featured to his listing after publishing ? because its related to paypal payment because there is no option after publishing! only by admin to check the sticky

+ how can I add featured container in all pages?
