Strange layout bu which just starting happening without any changes to the code?

Hi there my website is using the latest release of the theme V3.3.3. Basically when you load my homepage some of the css does not load at all. I also tried deactivating all plugins and reactivating here without any luck, I use very few plugins actually here. I then checked the php error log on the server and this is the only error showing here which I cannot really explain to be honest and hopefully someone can help me explain this one?
