Sub Sub Category not shown in 3.18 at Directory

I need

a) sub sub category to be shown in directory (see image)
b) 4 column directory

now problem is :

Either I use dev version - then is with sub sub cat but without 4 column directory or
use normal version - then is without sub sub cat but with 4 column

Can someone tell me how to let the sub sub cat shown in normal version? or 4 column directory shown in dev version?

Can dev pls get this in place - thanks so much
