Support problems and error
Hello,
I still try to figure out how support is routed here. My messages are being ignored because i have been a naughty boy and asked (support) questions directly. One is then penalized by being ignored and thought this way how, forcefully, to find the right ways, directions, to support. Perhaps it can also be just accepted that it is difficult to find out or simply not clearly stated where and how one can obtain support. Anyway, I now have a.o the following problem:
