testing featured ads

I just tested a featured listing, and i was a little bit disappointed
because i was not sent to paypal or whatever .. so can anyone tell me whats wrong

also i am interested in this features asap (paid modification)

- Flag post -- users can flag inappropriate or bad listings to the site owner
- working open-id, face-book , Google login
- email newsletter subscription in widget on homepage

and later few more

but of course this so called paypal bug needs to be fixed asap
