Trying to login redirects back to login page

I am trying to login to Classipress. After filling out the username and password it takes me to the next page where you solve the math problem to prove you are not a bot. After clicking continue it jumps back to the login page and I'm not logged in.

I created a new user registration and that worked and the user is logged in after creating it. But when I log out with that new user I get the same problem as above trying to log back in.

I need to be able to login with my admin user. I have not updated Wordpress, plugins or classipress in a year or more.
