Two child theme color issues are driving me crazy.

Ok, I have a new child theme that is about 97% complete. The only thing is; I have two color issues that I can't figure out. I know the correct css code is probably staring me in the face, but I just cant see it.

1.
Does anyone know exactly what line of code changes the border below the header. The color of the border has to be somewhere in the [color].css file because it changes when I change the color scheme. In the case below, I changed the color scheme to red so the border will stand out better as an example of what I want to change.




2.
The second one relates to the text above the posted ad. I have managed to change the color of the text for most of the text, but I can't seem to find how to change the color for the >> symbols and the name of the current ad.




In the screenshot below I highlighted the text so you can see what text should be visible.



If anyone would be willing to give me a hand, I would greatly appreciate it.
