update CP from 3.1.7 to 3.1.8
Hi,
(WP 3.3.1 and CP 3.1.7)

I updated CP�to 3.1.8 on local with WAMP and automatic update button.
It work fine.

On line automatic button does not appeared, on admin page.
Anybody know why ?
