Upgrading from Personal Edition to Small Business Edition

OK, I'm impressed with ClassiPress and upgraded to the Small Business Edition which I have now downloaded. After tweaking a few files in the theme to get it how I want, I didn't want to have to re-do the customisations I have made over the past 2-3 days. So, I did a diff between the Personal Edition and the Small Business Edition.

It seems that the only differences are two files in the gateways folder and the $cp_edition variable in theme_functions.php. I copied across the two gateways files and edited the $cp_edition variable in theme_functions.php. Unfortunately, the ClassiPress Dashboard still reports Personal Edition. So, I am guessing that a proper install sets a database variable which my tweaks would have omitted. Is there an easy way to upgrade from PE to SBE without having to re-install and re-do all my fine-tuning?
