    Urgent help please footer and header!!!

    I have just installed classipress 3.1.5 and:
    After deleting footer:
    Classipress theme on right is still there... Also On header I cannot remove it as well. My site cannot have it. Its not fair.
    How to delete it on editor please to have only logo and all rights reversed please. I need urgent help.
