    Urgent Support - Coupon and Membership Packs

    Dear support,
    give me a help, I still can not set the Coupon and the Membership Packs, tell me how should I do?
    get the following message:
    Error: no such pack has-been defined. Please contact the site administrator.


    1 - I set Options Pricing, Pricing Model: Fixed Price Ad.
    2 - For Packs: not active
    3 - Membership Packs: a Pack Active
