Ad Listing - Edit - function. (usability)

1) How to change "Price" field Title - for certain Ad Listing Form?

Example - let say I have a Listing Form for: Rental and Attorney.

In the Ad Listing Form what the user see - for Rental ad - want display " Rent" not "Price".

For: Attorney Service ad - maybe should say "Fee" or "Cost" not "Price"

If I create custom field: " Rent" and "Fee" for the listing form - then the "Price" field is blank on the Ad Listing
( Since in the Ad Listing - on the top is the "Price". set to show)

What is the solution for this?

a) Either change the Price field title
b) Have selected custom field shown at the place of Price - on top of ad listing.


2) When I try to create custom "dropdown" form field - there is no field to input dropdown option/list.

3) How to change "City" field to "dropdown" (so I can add my city options)

4) How do I set these form filed.?

Country filed : "United State" - only - unchangeable
State field: "California" - only - unchangeable

(make both - NON dropdown - and set option to unchangeable)
