Use of 1 ad listing form

Hi guys,

For my site Bouwdex i am using 1 single modified ad-listing form.
Many customers register but go away once they want to add an ad.
The form takes 8-10 seconds to load , many customers leave at this point! this is very bad...

It seems classipress is searching for a form which is associated with the chosen category.
Now i only use 1 single form so can i set this to standard ?
I hope this will cut-off this way-to-long loading time.

Does anyone know where to find this piece of code and how to modify it ?
