    Used directed to login page after login

    I am having an issue with users logging into the site and being directed to the login page. They have the 'dashboard' link at the top, but are constanty asked to login.

    HostGator support attempted to make a change to update my 301 redirect on the .htaccess file last night which may have screwed this up.

    Does anyone know what the exact .htaccess permissions should be? 755? 644?
