Users can't edit their ads

I have placed ads on my sites which look fine. However, when I tried to edit them nothing happen, the site blink when you hit the return button and the ad remain the same.

I have looked on the forum and tried what was mentioned, eg changing the user level to contributors but I am still unable to change any ads.

I can't start marketing the site until this is fixed!
