what is the best way to review the new ads posted by users ?

Hi,

I manage a real estate classifieds website built with classipress.
Soon enough the site will get few dozen ads per day.

I would like to know, for me as an admin, what is the best way to review each and every ad newly submitted ?

I cannot review and read the ads by my admin classipress dashboard. Please don't tell me that for every submitted ad I need to go to wordpress admin, then go to posts, and then to the ads. And besides that, from the usability point of view is hard to read the user submitted data divided into: post's text, excerpt, custom fields, discussion settings, comments, now knowing the images submitted, etc... you know what I mean.
