Thread: What happens if user forgets username instead of password?

    What happens if user forgets username instead of password?

    I searched the forum but couldn't find an answer to my question, which is surprising as it should be a fairly common problem.

    If a user forgets his/her username, hence is no longer able to login, what can he/she do?

    Is to request a new password the only option?

    Please advise. Thanks
