What PHP file do I have to edit to eliminate certain custom fields from my ad submits

Hello everyone,

I've tried searching for the solution for this problem, but I've had trouble so forgive me if this is answered elsewhere on the forums...

For custom field entries on new ads, I don't need to have City and Street parameters. How can I get rid of these values from my "Add New" page?

Also, country and state are not required as my website is state and country specific. Visitors to my website are all from one place. Is there a way to make these entries not required, and have the map work off just the US zip code?
