Thread: When logged out and on the home page the theme color is not showing up correct

    When logged out and on the home page the theme color is not showing up correct

    I've changed the color of the theme from red to blue.
    When i log out the site home page is still showing red but all other pages are correct color. When go to the login page its correct color and when logged in all pages are correct.
    I've deleted all cookies and tried looking using different browser but the problem still happens.
