Where do I find this Apps place please

Can anyone provide me with a link to where this "Apps Theme Ideas Exchange" place is? please.
I am new to both
WP and ClassiPress and find them easy to work with except for a few problems with conflicts between area where the same sort of app/plugin is being used by both
WP and the new Theme.
I found it would be easier when installing/using a new theme that it would be an advantage if it where possible to delete, deactivate and/or remove app not required in
WP which would then allow the theme to take over without any conflicks.
Other than that great scripts to work with.
