    Where is the <title><?php wp_title(''); ?></title> now ?

    I use Yoast WordPress SEO and in order to work I need that my titles like like this <title><?php wp_title(''); ?></title> where can I find <title> tag now, it was in the header.php before and now it's not there any more...

    If I add <title><?php wp_title(''); ?></title> in the header.php I have duplicate title tag, and If I remove it I have different title tag that I had before, my site is http://www.polovnitelefoni.net
