Whoops, page not found

Really foxed by this one. Whenever I select "My Dashboard" or "manage ads", Keep getting the "Whoops, page not found message". I have used both the /%postname%/ and the /%postname%-%post_id%/ options and re-saved the Permalinks.
The only thing I did was to reorganize the categories and then reassign categories to ads as necessary. Some of the category names are long .. like "Cape Town - Ikapa" or "chain store". Any ideas (before i start ripping into the code ) ?
