    Why is this user having issues loging in?

    Hello

    Any idea why this user cannot login, they are getting cookie blocked:

    - *ERROR*: Invalid username. Lost your
    password<http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.co.uk/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword>
    ?
    - Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable
    cookies to continue.
