Widgets customization

HI,
I have created a template(tpl-recipe.php) copying from tpl-blog.php. 'tpl-recipe.php' page shows only blogs with category as recipe. This is working fine.

Now I want to add widgets specific to each page. I added some widgets to my blog page using dashboard and I find that it is repeating in my 'tpl-recipe.php' page also.
I want different widgets in 'tpl-recipe.php' page. How do I do that?

Where is the mapping of widgets and pages done??
