    Wordpress 3.0.3 seems to break lots of things...

    my regular user (contributor) CANNOT going to the dashboard now...
    always shows Woops page not found

    but as Administrator, dashboard is fine

    AND, I cannot register any user anymore, always show me
    ERROR: No answer was given to the math question

    How to fix this?
