wp-contact-form: Where do we insert our email address to receive mail?

Hi there,

I downloaded WP Contact form as could not find it in my downloaded application pack. I have successfully installed it on to my contact page, however on testing it I realise that I need to put a website email address somewhere for the mail to be sent to a specified account. How is this done?
