Worked for years but now new ads can't be posted

I'm having problems with my classipress site at http://dulcimers.biz/classifieds. At first the complaint was that ad-posters couldn't see an area to submit the description of the item they were selling. When submitting an ad, that required feature area wasn't there. I found that problem existed only with Chrome web browser. It worked with Internet Explorer. When IE was used, the submitter saw the description area. I figured I'd just direct folks to use IE.

But today an ad was submitted using IE and I found that advertisers have another problem. They can't submit photos of their items. The advertiser today had three pictures to up-load but when he couldn't do it, he sent the photos to me and no matter what browser I use, I can't get them to upload either.

Obviously my Classipress install is somehow corrupted. Can someone work with me to figure out what the problem is. I think everything's up-to-date.

What can I do to fix my site and continue to offer a sales area for folks who want to sell instruments? (I offer the service free for them.)

(I should add that the site has worked perfectly for several years!)
