    You are not allowed to renew ad lists.

    I updated and I ClassiPress eClassify after the updates users can not publish or republish ads appear the following error: You are not allowed to renew ad lists.

    I went in and contact with contact@jobthemes.com on 12/22/14 and still did not get answer on the problem.

    I went in and contact with the author of eclassify template, explained the problem and asked to contact ClassiPress it may be a bug.

    I have received emails from advertisers complain that they can not publish or replace ads, need to address this urgent problem, this only happened after the updates ClassiPress and eclassify.

    In ad settings in this ClassiPress Allow active and edit ads. But users can not post or edit ads getting this warning:
    You are not allowed to renew ad lists.



    Can you help me solve this problem? Thanks for your help.
