    1.4- availability of subscription widget?

    Running Clipper 1.4. Just upgraded the other day. Noticed today on the 1.4 features page, "Clipper includes a subscription sidebar widget...". Don't see anything like it in Appearance > Widgets. Am I missing something? Currently using a Mailchimp provided widget via their plugin but seeing if the one included(?) with 1.4 looks a little better without a lot of UI customization
