    ? about clipper newest version. integrate Payments API and pay to post capability.

    I have updated clipper to the newest version and trying to find information on how to integrate pay to post capability but can not find any information. Can someone tell me how to integrate pay paypal and charge people to post coupons? Or were can i find information on how integrate Payments API and pay to post capability.
