Can not save and not showing store url, destination and store image

I am using Clipper latest version 1.6.4 in this version i have try to add store url, destination url and store image but it is not showing it is showing all fields are empty.
I am following previous solved related forum thread i.e. http://forums.appthemes.com/report-c...oad-bug-95668/. I already tried this but nothing to happened on my store page.

and my suggestion is so many of complaint against adding store image, url and destination url these fields are not working properly. please update the theme or correct process tell to all clients.
