Click to redeem does not show coupon code

Hi,

Currently, when I click throuh click to redeem button, it goes to the merchant website but it does not show the coupon code.

1 - I desactivated all my plugins but the issue still appears.
2 - When I go on the Wordpress Admin > Clipper Parameters > uncheck " Don't show the coupon code until after they click on it", coupon appear on my website correctly.
