Clipper registration password error

Hi
This is really wierd. Firstly I see three input field for new password entries on my registration form for Clipper.
The first password field allows me to enter a new pasword and is encrypted i.e ****. However another strange field below this password 1 field which is unlabelled actually displays the entire password I have entered in the pass1 field.
I then enter the same password again in the field below which says 'Password again' and this time it does not allow me t enter any password at all.
Why is the registration form so strange? no problem with the login form!
