    Cron Job timing - Coupon exp dates

    Coupons are being removed several hours before expiration date (my local time).
    Clipper appears to be using UTC time vs. my local time settings in WP.

    Coupons are pruned at 7pm central standard time.
    I would like them to expire at midnight central standard time.
