CSV Import with 1.3 - Coupons published directly

Hi,

Why have you changed so that coupons are published when imported. This is a major change for me and I have not seen that you announced this. You should at least have an option for this.

The way I'm using the importer I need to add info to the coupon before it is published and now with 1.3 I'm publishing crap on my page.

This is simply not ok to change without notice. I hope you will consider having the option when inporting coupons.
